Cecil N. Colwell Mr. Colwell was appointed as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Drilling in May 2004. Mr. Colwell served as Vice President of Drilling between 2000 and May 2004, and from 1988 to 2000, he served as Drilling Manager, Gulf Coast. Prior to joining Forest, he held various positions at Texaco, Amoco, Placid Oil and Colwell Engineering. |
Paul J. Dusha Mr. Dusha was appointed as Vice President, Human Resources in March 2005. Mr. Dusha served as Director, Human Resources from May 2001 until March 2005. Prior to joining Forest, he served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Virginia Indonesia Company, a privately-owned international oil and gas corporation. |
David Anderson Mr. Anderson was appointed as President of Canadian Forest Oil Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Forest Oil Corporation, in August 2008. Mr. Anderson previously worked for Canadian Forest Oil Ltd. from August 1998 until April 2006 as Production Engineer, Project Manager, and Exploitation Manager in Calgary. He has also held various positions with Norcen Energy Resources, Pinnacle Resources Ltd., and Kereco Energy Ltd. |
Leonard C. Gurule Mr. Gurule was appointed as Senior Vice President,
Western Region in March 2009. In September 2003, he was appointed as
Senior Vice President, Alaska. From 1987 until 2000, he served in various
capacities at Atlantic Richfield Co. Before joining Forest, Mr. Gurule
served on the boards of several local community and non-profit organizations
and managed his own portfolio. |
Rick Hatcher Mr. Hatcher was appointed as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in December 2001. Mr. Hatcher joined Forest in 1988 as a Lead Programmer Analyst. In 1997, he went to work for Coors Brewing Company as a Manager of SAP Projects and Support. Mr. Hatcher rejoined Forest in January 2000 as the Chief Technology Officer. |
Michael N. Kennedy Mr. Kennedy was appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. Mr. Kennedy joined in Forest in February 2001. He served as Senior Financial Analyst for Forest until April 2003, at which time he became Manager of Investor Relations. Mr. Kennedy served in that role until November 2005 when he became Managing Director of Capital Markets and Treasurer. Prior to joining Forest, he worked for Arthur Andersen as a member of their audit and business advisory practice. |

Marter IV Mr. Marter was appointed to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in November 2007. Mr. Marter served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from January 2005 until November 2007, as Associate General Counsel from October 2004 until January 2005, and as Senior Counsel from June 2002 until October 2004. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Marter was a partner of the law firm of Susman Godfrey L.L.P. in Houston, Texas. |
J.C. Ridens Mr. Ridens was appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2007. Since joining Forest in April 2004, Mr. Ridens has served as Senior Vice President for the Gulf Region, the Southern Region and most recently the Western Region. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Ridens was employed by Cordillera Energy Partners, LLC, as Vice President of Operations and Exploitation. From 1996 to 2001, he served in various capacities at Apache Corporation. |
Timothy F. Savoy Mr. Savoy was appointed to Vice President, Operations Support in June 2004. Mr. Savoy joined Forest in February 2002 and served as Director of Health, Safety and Environment. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Savoy held various positions, including management positions, in oil and gas production operations, drilling engineering and environmental engineering with Amoco and Apache Corporation. |
Victor A. Wind Mr. Wind has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since November 2009. Mr. Wind joined Forest in January 2005 and served as Corporate Controller. Mr. Wind was previously employed by Evergreen Resources, Inc. from July 2001 until December 2004. He served in various management positions during this period, including Director of Financial Reporting and Controller. From 1997 until 2001, he served in various capacities at BDO Seidman, LLP. |
Robert B. (Blaine)
Wofford Mr. Wofford has served as Senior Vice President, Oil and Gas Marketing since 2008. Mr. Wofford was appointed Vice President, Oil and Gas Marketing in June 2004. Prior to joining Forest, he served in various positions, as well as various management positions for Devon Energy Corporation, Oryx Gas Marketing Company, and Producers Energy Marketing and its successor, Cinergy. |
H. Craig Clark Mr. Clark was appointed President, Chief Executive
Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in July 2003. Mr. Clark
joined Forest in September 2001 and served as President and Chief Operating
Officer through July 2003. Prior to joining Forest, he was employed
by Apache Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company,
from 1989 to 2001, where he served in various management positions including
Executive Vice President – U.S. Operations and Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Pro Energy, an affiliate of Apache. |
Glen J. Mizenko Mr. Mizenko was appointed to Senior Vice President of Business Development and Engineering in May 2007. Mr. Mizenko joined Forest in January 2001 as Manager of Corporate Development and New Ventures. In October 2003, he was promoted to the position of Director of Business Development. In May 2005, he was promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Mizenko held various positions in reservoir engineering, reserves reporting, development planning, and operations management with Shell Oil, Benton Oil and Gas Company, and British Borneo Oil and Gas PLC. |
Mark E. Bush Mr. Bush was appointed as Vice President, Eastern Region in April 2007. Mr. Bush joined Forest in June 1997 as Production Engineer in the Gulf of Mexico Region and was subsequently promoted to Offshore Production Engineering Manager and Production Engineering Manager, both in the Gulf Coast region and its successor, the Eastern region. Prior to joining Forest, he worked for Oryx Energy Company (formerly Sun E&P) in various production engineering assignments in the Gulf of Mexico and South Texas. |
Ronald C. Nutt Mr. Nutt was appointed to Vice President, Southern Region in July 2007. Prior to joining Forest, from March 2007 until July 2007, Mr. Nutt worked for Constellation Energy Group, and from January 2003 until March 2007, at Scotia Waterous as Vice President, Engineering. |
Stephen T. Harpham Mr. Harpham was appointed as Vice President, Special Projects in March 2009. In November 2007, he was appointed as Vice President, Western Region. Mr. Harpham joined Forest in January 2002 and served as a Reservoir Engineer and subsequently Reservoir Engineering Manager. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Harpham was a Technical Advisor for Ensign Oil & Gas Inc. |
Scott Laverde Mr. Laverde was appointed as Vice President, Acquisitions and Divestitures in October 2008. Mr. Laverde joined Forest in June 2005 as Senior Business Development Advisor, and was promoted to position of Manager, Business Development in March 2007. Prior to joining Forest, he was Manager of Business Development at Hess Corporation (formerly known as Amerada Hess Corporation), an oil and gas company. |
James D. Lightner Mr. Lightner began serving as our non-executive
Chairman of the Board in May 2008. Mr. Lightner is Partner and Chief
Executive Officer of Beacon E&P Company, LLC, a private oil and
gas exploration and production company. He is also Prior to that, he
was Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Orion Energy Partners, a
private oil and gas exploration and production company that is currently
in the process of winding up its operations. From 1999 to May 2004,
Mr. Lightner served in various capacities with Tom Brown, Inc., an oil
and gas exploration and production company including Director, Chairman,
Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior thereto, he served as Vice
President and General Manager of EOG Resources, Inc. |
Patrick J. Redmond Mr. Redmond was appointed as Vice President, Corporate Planning and Investor Relations in November 2009. Mr. Redmond joined Forest in 2003 and has most recently served as Director, Investor Relations. Prior to joining Forest he worked for Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP as a member of their audit and business advisory practices. |
